This acquisition aligns with ADNEC’s growth strategy, which targets high-potential sectors for expansion. By combining with Royal Catering, ADNEC will enhance its ability to handle larger contracts and diversify its customer base. The company plans to pursue both organic and inorganic growth, alongside operational enhancements and technology integrations, to improve efficiency and service innovation across its portfolio.
