Easy Lease, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), has partnered with US-based BigBear.ai and UAE-based Vigilix Technology Investment to develop and deploy artificial intelligence solutions across key sectors in the UAE and the wider region.

The agreement will focus on AI-driven systems for mobility, logistics, asset management, and smart infrastructure. It aligns with the UAE’s National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2031 and the Centennial 2071 vision.

BigBear.ai will lead technology integration and customisation, drawing on its AI platforms used in defence, infrastructure, and border security. The company’s existing clients include US federal agencies and commercial sectors requiring real-time decision intelligence tools.

Easy Lease will provide operational support and market access, while Vigilix will oversee business development and the local adoption of the technologies.

The collaboration is intended to support the UAE’s digital economy goals, including efforts to localise AI innovation. According to the UAE’s Ministry of Artificial Intelligence, the country aims to be among the top AI nations globally by 2031, with a focus on transportation, logistics, and government services.

The deal comes amid increased AI investment across the Gulf. In 2023, the UAE launched a $100 million AI and Web3 fund and appointed its first AI-trained cohort of university civil servants. IHC, through its various subsidiaries, has also increased its tech-focused investments, including those in electric vehicles (EVs) and autonomous mobility systems.

No financial terms of the partnership were disclosed.
