Binghatti Developers, a prominent Emirati real estate company, has partnered with German automotive giant Mercedes-Benz to undertake a large-scale development project.
The initiative, named “Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City,” represents an ambitious investment of AED30 billion, aimed at creating a 10 million square foot multi-tower district in Dubai’s Meydan area.
This landmark collaboration signifies the world’s first city branded by Mercedes-Benz, blending luxury residential spaces with commercial and recreational infrastructure.
The plans incorporate a comprehensive urban environment, including cultural venues, leisure facilities, retail boulevards, and wellness centres, all designed to embody Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy.
The development aims to function as a city within a city, providing residents with immediate access to essential services and amenities.
This aligns with the developers’ vision of merging upscale living with cutting-edge mobility solutions.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti noted the collaboration highlights a mutual commitment to excellence and timeless design, expecting the project to become a distinguished addition to Dubai’s real estate landscape.
Formalised during a ceremony at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, the partnership extends Mercedes-Benz’s brand influence beyond automotive products, aiming to create immersive lifestyle experiences.
This agreement follows the previous launch of Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, marking a continued effort to integrate luxury branding within urban development.
The reveal of this project is set for 14 January 2026, and reflects a broader trend where global luxury names are increasingly involved in Dubai’s real estate market to develop branded residential concepts.
The venture underscores the expanding interest in high-end, branded living spaces, further fuelling the city’s reputation as a luxury real estate hub.
