The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) has announced its Roadmap 2025-2027, designed to foster a diversified and innovative business ecosystem in Abu Dhabi.
Launched at Abu Dhabi Business Week 2024 (ADBW 2024), the roadmap focuses on building partnerships, connecting businesses to global markets, advocating for supportive policies and supporting entrepreneurship and talent development.
The roadmap aims to facilitate cross-border partnerships, support economic diversification and enhance competitiveness for Abu Dhabi-based businesses. It aligns with Abu Dhabi’s plans to transition to a smart, sustainable economy and provides a framework for continuous growth and innovation.
“Our new roadmap is a result of discussions between key stakeholders in the public and private sectors over the past few months to provide a roadmap, prioritise the ease of doing business, accelerate growth in key sectors, and empower SMEs and family businesses to prosper in regional and global markets,” said Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of ADCCI. “The roadmap is outlining necessary frameworks to create a sustainable business environment that addresses key global economic trends and shifts and supercharges our soaring falcon economy.”
The roadmap is structured around five core pillars:
- Policy advocacy: Serves as a link between businesses and policymakers to align economic strategies with the needs of enterprises.
- Market intelligence: Provides businesses with insights and analytics for informed decision-making in a competitive global market.
- Ecosystem building: Strengthens local businesses by integrating them into broader economic value chains.
- Innovation agenda: Focuses on addressing digital transformation and sustainability, ensuring businesses are prepared for future challenges.
- Market expansion: Supports international market access, cross-border trade, and Abu Dhabi’s role as a global economic hub.
