The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED) continues its financial support programs for Emirati entrepreneurs, offering new funding packages for startups and existing businesses in Abu Dhabi’s priority sectors. These include healthcare, education, agritech, IT, communications, tourism, and industry.
KFED is accepting applications for medium and long-term loans under two key programs:
- Startup Funding Programme: Covers up to 80% of total project establishment costs, with repayment terms of up to 84 months and a 24-month grace period.
- Scale-up Funding Programme: Supports SMEs looking to expand, covering up to 80% of total expansion costs.
KFED is also investing in business education, having trained over 5,600 participants and provided consulting sessions to more than 600 individuals in 2024. These initiatives are aimed at strengthening the SME ecosystem and supporting business growth.
