DAMAC Properties, the leading private real estate developer in the UAE and the Middle East, announced plans to hand over 8,800 residential units across Dubai by the end of 2026.

This announcement coincides with the awarding of construction contracts exceeding Dh 10B during the first half of the year, underscoring the firm’s robust delivery capabilities across its expanding portfolio of master developments.

DAMAC’s Pipeline

The upcoming handovers will feature units from several of DAMAC’s flagship projects, including DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2, DAMAC Lagoons, Chic Tower and Elegance Tower.

This achievement highlights the firm’s ongoing progress in its residential pipeline, as it continues to advance construction and deliver homes within some of Dubai’s most desirable communities.

International Expansion

Since its establishment in 2002, the company has made significant strides, having delivered 50,000 units and with over 54,000 units currently under construction.

The firm has also expanded its footprint through innovative global partnerships, such as those with Chelsea Football Club and Oracle Red Bull Racing, in addition to launching iconic projects.

DAMAC continues to prioritise the development of lifestyle-driven communities, aligning with Dubai’s broader real estate growth and catering to the sustained demand from buyers and investors within the emirate.
