DAMAC Properties has emerged as the leader in Dubai’s off-plan residential market for the first half of 2026, recording 5,706 primary off-plan sales valued at AED 15.6 billion. This performance secures its position as the top developer by sales volume and second by total sales value in the Dubai real estate landscape.

In the villa segment specifically, DAMAC commanded 44.2 per cent of unit sales by volume, significantly outpacing its nearest competitor, which recorded 390 fewer sales. According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the firm contributed to 20 per cent of the overall market share during this period.

DAMAC’s sales achievements underscore the robust investor confidence in Dubai’s real estate sector. The continued focus on creating distinctive communities and maintaining disciplined growth is evident in the company’s delivery of homes that cater to the growing needs of residents and international investors alike. The firm’s leadership in unit sales highlights the strong demand across its diverse portfolio.

The overall off-plan residential market in Dubai remains vibrant, with total sales reaching AED 92.8 billion for 46,794 apartments and AED 56.9 billion for 7,730 villa units during the first half of 2026. DAMAC’s successful sales trajectory aligns with its strategy of innovation paired with sustained construction and timely delivery.

This momentum is supported by a series of project handovers from prominent developments such as DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2, and DAMAC Lagoons. With over 50,000 homes delivered to date and an additional 8,800 expected in 2026, DAMAC is enhancing its development pipeline to create lifestyle-oriented communities that provide elevated living experiences.
