Dar Global, the London-listed arm of the Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, reported a significant surge in revenue, more than double YoY.
For the fiscal year ending 31 December, 2025, the topline climbed to $539M compared to $240M in 2024. Fundamentals remained strong, with robust demand across newly launched and existing projects driving revenue.

Topline growth helped the firm mark a remarkable 577% YoY uptick in net profit, reaching $101M.
Sustained Demand, Unit Sales
The company sold a total of 3,824 units, amounting to $3.2B: a rise from 2,407 units valued at $1.7B in the prior year.
The gross development value of Dar Global’s project portfolio surged to $19B by the end of December 2025, significantly up from $7.5B, bolstered by extensive development projects across the Kingdom and also Oman.
Expanded Operations in GCC and South Asia
In September, the company secured a plot in Jeddah for the development of Trump Plaza, marking its second collaboration with The Trump Organisation in the kingdom.
Dar Global is also making strong gains in Oman and the Maldives. November saw the announcement of Trump International Hotel Maldives, a tokenised hotel development venture with The Trump Organisation.
This follows the ongoing development of AIDA in Muscat, Oman.
Total available liquidity reached $312M by the end of FY25, including undrawn debt facilities, which are set to facilitate the expansion of the company’s asset portfolio.
FY26 Outlook
Amid regional uncertainties exacerbated by the ongoing conflict in Iran, the firm’s chairman stated that Dar Global enters 2026 with a robust liquidity position and a commitment to disciplined capital deployment.
The focus on luxury branded residences is expected to provide long-term resilience and enable the firm to navigate challenges effectively.
On the London Stock Exchange, Dar Global shares experienced a downturn, falling 3% to $6.55 on Wednesday morning, amid persistent geopolitical risks affecting capital markets.
