Rorix Holdings will be instrumental in shaping the future of international trade, said Dr Al Zeyoudi.

International Holding Company (IHC) has appointed Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, as Executive Chairman of Rorix Holdings.

Earlier this week, IHC established Rorix Holdings, a global finance and trade facilitation firm focused on financial services, trade finance, advisory, commodities and trade insurance sectors. The new entity aims to serve as a gateway through the UAE for local, regional, and global businesses to access new markets.

“Our mission is to accelerate trade volumes, attract foreign investment, and build economic partnerships that drive sustainable growth across various sectors,” said Dr Al Zeyoudi. “Rorix Holdings will be instrumental in shaping the future of international trade, reinforcing the UAE’s pivotal role in the global economy, and supporting the nation’s vision for comprehensive and inclusive economic progress.”

Dr Al Zeyoudi, a key figure in the UAE’s economic diversification and innovation efforts, is expected to lead Rorix Holdings in promoting inclusive economic growth, the company said in a statement. “His appointment highlights the company’s commitment to utilising the UAE’s strategic position to enhance global market access for businesses at local, regional, and international levels.”
