Aldar has partnered with Mandarin Oriental to develop Abu Dhabi’s first Mandarin Oriental-branded residences on Saadiyat Island. The development will feature 228 premium homes and will be launched for sale later in 2024.
Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, the residences overlook the Zayed National Museum and are within walking distance of cultural landmarks such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the forthcoming Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. The project will offer access to 3,500 sqm of dining spaces along the Zayed National Museum promenade and 60,000 sqm of retail, entertainment, and leisure options at Saadiyat Grove.
