Modon has announced the launch of Maysan, a freehold residential development located on Reem Island. The first phase includes two districts, Mayar and Thoraya, covering over 600,000 square metres and designed to blend indoor and outdoor living.
The Mayar district introduces 132 stacked maisonettes, a new concept for Abu Dhabi. These four-storey units are set in a gated community featuring a spine park and walking trails. The maisonettes are designed to accommodate large families, investors and individuals looking for apartment living with resort-style amenities.
The Thoraya district consists of 184 townhouses within a gated community, which features communal gardens, children’s play areas and a gym.
Maysan targets a diverse audience, including families, professionals, investors, and expatriates. It offers amenities such as a community centre, beach access, and park access. A green spine connects the community, promoting wellness and an active lifestyle.
“This development contributes to the UAE capital’s standing as a pioneering model of urban development,” said Bill O’Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding. “With Maysan, we are setting a new benchmark for future communities with a focus on quality of life.”
Future phases of Maysan will include villas, park district villas and beach residences, offering homes with three to five bedrooms.
