ADNH Catering signed an agreement to increase its stake in Compass Arabia from 30% to 50% by Q1 2025. The joint venture, established in 2012, will then be equally owned by ADNH Catering and Al-Rushaid Petroleum Investment Company.
“We are seeking to build out from our market-leading position in the UAE to expand ADNH Catering Group’s operations across various business segments and provinces in the kingdom, including Riyadh,” said Clive Cowley, CEO of ADNH Catering Group.
The JV will be rebranded once Compass fully exits. In March 2023, Abu Dhabi National Hotels acquired Compass Group International’s stake in their UAE joint venture, ADNH Compass.
