The UAE Lottery, operated by The Game LLC under the regulation of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), has launched a Responsible Gaming Initiative in collaboration with Takalam, an AI-powered mental well-being platform. This initiative aims to support individuals at risk of developing unhealthy gaming behaviours by providing access to mental health resources and personalised support.
The initiative includes a dedicated mini-site offering resources such as videos, articles and unlimited free online counselling and coaching sessions. The platform is designed to help participants make informed decisions and cultivate healthy gaming habits while addressing mental health needs in a confidential and user-friendly manner.

The Game has implemented preventive measures to promote responsible gaming, including age restrictions, self-exclusion programs, awareness campaigns and geo-fencing technology. These strategies aim to identify at-risk individuals early and provide timely interventions to prevent problematic gaming behaviour.
