Aamal Company, a diversified Qatari conglomerate, has announced plans to establish a new subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the construction and infrastructure sectors. This move aligns with Aamal’s strategy to expand its operations into new markets.

The forthcoming subsidiary will offer integrated solutions, including project design, technical and engineering supervision, production of precast concrete elements, and manufacturing of concrete pipes for water and wastewater networks. It will also provide transportation and installation services for concrete components, quality control, comprehensive project management, and custom-built construction components.

“The establishment of the new company is a part of Aamal’s strategic plan to expand its operations and enhance its presence in new and promising markets, with Saudi Arabia being one of the most dynamic regional and global markets at present,” said Rashid bin Ali Al Mansoori, CEO of Aamal.

This initiative follows Aamal’s recent activities in the industrial manufacturing sector. In November 2024, the company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Aamal Readymix, acquired full ownership of Advanced Pipes and Casts Company (APC), enhancing its capabilities in producing reinforced concrete pipes.
