His strategy involves offering patient debt, flexible pricing, and tailored financing solutions for MSMEs to address lending gaps and improve capital access.
With nearly 20 years in the financial sector, Al Naqbi’s expertise has been pivotal in enhancing the UAE’s business community. Before EDB, he held senior positions at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and First Abu Dhabi Bank. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Virginia Tech’s School of Architecture and Urban Studies.
