Investcorp Capital acquired four student housing properties in Texas, Kentucky, and Oklahoma for over $300 million. The acquisitions add nearly 3,000 beds to its US real estate portfolio, expanding its presence at Texas A&M University, Texas State University, the University of Kentucky, and the University of Oklahoma.
This follows its $160 million investment in student housing at the University of Florida and the University of Texas at Austin.
Investcorp bought three US industrial property portfolios in August for about $300 million.
