Mirabaud names Ricardo Castillo as Head of Investments in Geneva

Castillo brings over 20 years of experience in wealth management and portfolio strategy.

Mirabaud & Cie SA has appointed Ricardo Castillo as Head of Investments, effective July 1, 2025. He will chair the firm’s Investment Committee and oversee discretionary management and advisory services. Castillo reports to CEO Camille Vial and leads operations from the firm’s Geneva office.

He will work with a multidisciplinary team that includes a financial research unit led by Khaled Louhichi and the group’s economic and strategic analysis functions.

Castillo brings over 20 years of experience in wealth management and portfolio strategy. His previous roles include leading investment at a Geneva-based family office and directing Latin America Advisory & Sales at Credit Suisse. He began his career in advisory with J.P. Morgan and UBS. He holds CFA and CAIA credentials and is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.

Mirabaud had CHF 32.3 billion in assets under management in 2024, offering private banking and asset management services globally from its headquarters in Geneva.
