Women in finance across the Middle East are increasingly stepping into leadership roles and reshaping the region’s financial landscape. While the industry has traditionally been male-dominated, recent years have seen a marked shift as regional governments and institutions prioritise gender diversity and inclusion.
As a result, more women are taking up executive and board-level positions, founding startups, and influencing major investment decisions. For this reason, we aim to celebrate the women taking the lead in the GCC finance sector.
This Women in Finance Award honours a woman who has made significant contributions to the finance industry, demonstrating leadership, innovation, and mentorship.
Entrants must highlight career achievements, leadership roles, and contributions to promoting diversity and inclusion.
