Bain & Company has opened its new regional headquarters in Riyadh, marking an expansion of its presence in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The move places the global consulting firm in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).
The Riyadh office is Bain’s third successive location in the city since the firm established its first regional office in 2007. The new space more than doubles the size of the firm’s previous Riyadh premises and is designed to support both in-person and remote engagements through flexible workspaces and integrated collaboration tools.
Bain has operated in the Middle East since 1990. The new headquarters is expected to strengthen its proximity to clients and expand its operational capacity in the region.
“This investment is a natural next step on our journey in Saudi Arabia. Being in KAFD puts us closer to many of our clients,” said Ahmed Boshnak, Partner and Head of Bain & Company’s Riyadh office.
Tom De Waele, Middle East Managing Partner, said the new office reinforces Bain’s strategy to deepen its presence in the region. “Our presence in Riyadh is a cornerstone of our Middle East operations. This milestone enables us to better serve clients and support our growing team,” he said.
The office also incorporates sustainability measures and aims to achieve LEED certification.
The firm’s regional growth comes amid increased demand for advisory services linked to national transformation projects and economic diversification strategies in Saudi Arabia and neighbouring Gulf states.
