The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has implemented a trading prohibition period for insiders starting today, 16th September 2024 and lasting until the full disclosure of the third quarter 2024 financial statements.
The ban affects all individuals with access to sensitive information about the financials of a company listed on ADX, as well as its subsidiaries, affiliates, or allied companies listed on the market.
The ban will be effective during the 15 days preceding the financial statements’ disclosure and lasts until the statements are publicly disclosed.
The decision has been taken in accordance with the Article No. (14) of Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) Board of Directors’ Decision No. (2/R) of 2001 concerning the regulations as to Trading, Clearing, Settlement, Transfer of Ownership and Custody of Securities.
The resolution has been communicated to the SCA, all listed companies, ADX departments, accredited brokers, and investors.
