Source of Fate, a new independent real estate developer, has launched in the UAE with plans for nearly Dh10 billion in developments. Over the next 12 months, the company will roll out five residential projects, fully funded by the developer, ensuring guaranteed delivery.
As part of the Wheel of Fate group, Source of Fate aims to build sustainable communities across the UAE. The company has appointed Savills, a global real estate consultancy, as an expert advisor for its upcoming projects.
Dr Majid Jack Hsiung, an experienced architect and real estate leader with over 20 years of experience in the Middle East and Asia, is leading the initiative. Source of Fate’s confirmed projects include two developments in Dubai and three on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
According to the Savills Prime Residential World Cities Index, Dubai’s capital values have increased by 17.4%, and continued growth is expected throughout the year.
