Property Finder, a leading property portal in the MENA region, has announced the divestment of its CRM business, PropSpace, as part of its strategy to focus on its core real estate offerings. PropSpace will now operate independently, providing CRM solutions for real estate professionals in the UAE.
Patrick Caulfield, former Managing Director of Arthur Online, has been appointed as the CEO of PropSpace. With experience in leading property management CRMs and mergers in the UK, Caulfield will guide PropSpace into its next growth phase.
