Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is gearing up to host the Binance Blockchain Week Dubai 2024. Set to take place on October 30 and 31 at the Coca-Cola Arena, this year’s event—under the theme “Momentum”—aims to set the pace for the next wave of blockchain evolution.
After a two-year hiatus, this year’s Binance Blockchain Week will bring together a strong lineup of industry experts to explore where blockchain, decentralised finance and cryptocurrency are headed. The event will dive deep into critical topics, including the convergence of regulation, technology and community, offering attendees a chance to witness and be part of shaping the industry’s future.
HE Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Future Foundation, will lead the event, discussing Dubai’s goals in technology and innovation. Joining him will be Jeremy Allaire, CEO and Co-Founder of Circle, who will outline how digital currencies will impact daily life and financial inclusion. Fadi Ghandour, Executive Chairman of Wamda Group, will share his entrepreneurial experience, and Michael Bouhanna, Vice President at Sotheby’s, will address the connection between blockchain and the art world.
In the second wave of announcements, Binance confirmed some prominent industry names, including Abdulla Aldaheri, CEO and Founder of The Blockchain Center Abu Dhabi. Aldaheri will discuss his pioneering efforts to safeguard the region’s blockchain infrastructure. Joining him are Bruce Pon, Co-Founder and CEO of Ocean Protocol and Kenny Li, Co-Founder of Manta Network, who will shed light on the next frontier of decentralised technology.
In a first for Binance Blockchain Week, most of the Binance leadership team will be present to discuss their commitment to driving the industry forward. Some of the names include He Yi, Co-Founder of Binance; Richard Teng, CEO of Binance; Rachel Conlan, CMO of Binance; Noah Perlman, CCO of Binance; Rohit Wad, CTO of Binance; and Vishal Sacheendran, Head of Regional Markets at Binance.
