London-listed luxury real estate developer Dar Global has partnered with The Trump Organization to launch two new projects in Riyadh, marking their fourth and fifth collaborations. This partnership builds upon the success of Trump International Oman within the AIDA development.
These projects target the luxury Saudi Arabian market and international investors, aligning with Dar Global’s strategy to capitalise on opportunities in key Saudi cities. As the international arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, Dar Global aims to strengthen its position in delivering premium real estate both domestically and internationally. The company currently has $7.5 billion worth of projects under development across six countries: the UAE, Oman, Qatar, the UK, Spain and Saudi Arabia.
This announcement precedes the official launch of Trump Tower Jeddah, the third project between Dar Global and The Trump Organization.
