Dubai Holding Real Estate’s subsidiary, Meraas, has awarded a construction contract worth over Dh1 billion to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) (L.L.C) for the Bluewaters Bay development. The project, positioned as Dubai’s next major waterfront destination, is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027.

Bluewaters Bay will feature two residential towers linked by a podium, comprising 678 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, including penthouses. The development will also include retail and food and beverage outlets at the podium level and amenities such as a landscaped promenade, an outdoor pool, a children’s play area, and barbecue facilities.

Located at the gateway to Bluewaters Island, the project connects with Marina Walk and the Bluewaters boardwalk, providing access to Dubai’s waterfront attractions. The site is within walking distance of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and is a short drive from Al Maktoum International Airport. Two vehicle access points—one at ground level and another via Podium 3—ensure convenience for residents and visitors.
