Dubai AI Festival 2025 to spotlight global AI innovations

Dubai will host the second edition of the Dubai AI Festival on April 23-24, 2025, at Madinat Jumeirah. Organized by Dubai AI Campus in partnership with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy & Remote Work Applications Office, the event aims to explore AI’s transformative impact across industries.

The festival is expected to attract over 8,000 industry experts, 500 investors, 100 speakers, and 100 exhibitors from more than 100 countries. The agenda includes 30+ roundtables and workshops focusing on themes such as responsible AI deployment, transparency, and the future of work.

Key speakers include HE Essa Kazim, Governor of DIFC; HE Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence; Werner Vogels, Global VP & CTO of Amazon; and Bhavish Aggarwal, Founder & CEO of Ola.

The event will feature exhibitions of AI innovations and a startup showcase connecting emerging companies with investors. The FutureTech World Cup will highlight top AI startups, while the Global FutureTech Innovation Programme aims to discover young talents utilizing AI to address real-world challenges.

Artificial intelligence is projected to contribute significantly to the global economy, with estimates ranging from $15.7 trillion to $19.9 trillion by 2030. In the Middle East, AI’s impact is expected to reach $320 billion, with the UAE’s AI market projected to grow to $46.33 billion by 2033.
