Paradyme SOS Corporate Services, a new firm based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), has commenced operations to provide comprehensive operational solutions for wealth and asset managers. The firm offers a fully integrated suite of non-investment services, including compliance, accounting, technology, administrative support, audit, and corporate governance. This initiative aims to assist new and established firms in efficiently launching or scaling their regional presence.
Founded by industry veteran Ken Ginsburg, Paradyme SOS is designed to alleviate asset managers’ operational complexities. The firm’s compliance module is powered by Optima Partners, a global compliance firm, with the UAE branch managed by Nick Walling, a 17-year veteran of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
The DIFC has experienced significant growth in its wealth and asset management sector, now hosting over 420 companies. Salmaan Jaffery, Chief Business Development Officer at DIFC Authority, stated, “We are delighted that Paradyme has chosen to establish in DIFC, recognising the rapid growth we are experiencing in the wealth and asset management sector. As our ecosystem deepens, clients require a range of services from experts who can help them thrive. Paradyme will be able to support this growth by streamlining operations for managers and investment advisors.”
Paradyme’s model provides the benefits of an insourced Chief Operating Officer and full back-office team, combined with the agility and cost-effectiveness of a scalable outsourced platform. The firm is particularly suited for boutique asset managers, spinouts, and global managers seeking a regional footprint.
