Dubai Holding Real Estate’s unit, Meraas, has launched a new residential project, Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, situated near the Museum of the Future and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The development will feature 754 branded apartments across two towers, offering access to Jumeirah’s hospitality services.
Designed by SCDA Architects, the towers include one- to four-bedroom units. The site provides views of central Dubai landmarks and is directly connected to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Shared amenities include fitness studios, a co-working lounge, a private cinema, a pool, padel courts, and dining venues.
Residents will have access to Jumeirah’s service offerings, including concierge, wellness, and vehicle management. Private chefs and event support services will also be available.
The project follows the earlier launch of Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab and expands Meraas’ branded residential portfolio, which also includes Bluewaters Residences and Bvlgari Residences. The company is one of four entities consolidated under Dubai Holding Real Estate, alongside Nakheel, Meydan, and Dubai Properties.
The launch comes amid increased regional interest in branded residences and integrated living experiences. A recent report by Knight Frank estimated that branded residences in Dubai could see a 72% increase in supply by 2028, driven by demand from high-net-worth individuals and global developers entering the UAE market.
