Bianca Leodari, Partner at Bain & Company Middle East, was revealed as a member of the illustrious jury panel of the Finance Middle East Awards 2025.
Leodari is a member of the Financial Services, Private Equity and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices at Bain & Company.
Leodari has more than 15 years of management consulting experience, with a focus on digital transformation, post-merger integration, turnaround and business unit strategy for large banks and sovereign wealth funds. As a member of Bain’s Customer Strategy & Marketing practice, she has also managed several customer experience transformation programs for universal banks and retail conglomerates.
She earned her MBA with honours from INSEAD, France/Singapore, and holds a BBA from Università Bocconi, Italy.
Finance Middle East Awards
The Finance Middle East Awards returns in 2025 for its second edition, celebrating the companies and individuals driving meaningful impact across the region’s financial industry. The inaugural event in 2024 honoured firms such as AstraTech, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and DIFC for their contributions to the financial sector.
The winners will be announced on Wednesday, September 24 2025, in Dubai.
Nominations for the Finance Middle East Awards will close on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
