ADGM has introduced a mandatory property listing permit—‘Real Estate Advertising Permit’ via its AccessRP portal. The new rule requires all property adverts within ADGM’s jurisdiction to receive official approval before publication, targeting the widespread issue of misleading or duplicate listings.

The Registration Authority of ADGM has partnered with the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) to enforce the requirement. The collaboration leverages the Madhmoun initiative, the UAE’s first Multiple Listing Service (MLS), launched earlier in 2025, to verify all adverts.

This step is part of ADGM’s ongoing drive toward stronger governance and investor protection in the property sector. By mandating approved listings only, the regulator aims to bolster confidence among buyers, renters, and aggregators by ensuring adverts are authentic and verifiable.

The permit system has already been rolled out on AccessRP and applies across ADGM’s entire jurisdiction, including Al Maryah Island and Al Reem Island.
