Dubai, UAE (18 December 2025): Visa partnered with ALDAR to deliver the region’s first live implementation of Visa Intelligent Commerce, enabling end-to-end, voice-enabled agentic payments.
The collaboration allows customers to use ALDAR’s AI agent via the Live ALDAR mobile app and ALDAR website to securely complete transactions, starting with the payment of real estate service charges.
According to Harry Nakichbandi, Chief Digital Officer at ALDAR: ‘’We have transformed a routine payment into a customer-first experience that is secure, transparent, and almost instant; it is a deliberate step in how we use AI to remove friction, enhance trust, and create signature experiences at every touchpoint.’’
The first live transaction was completed within seconds through a consent-led AI flow, using an Emirates NBD Darna Visa Credit Card. The initiative focuses initially on simplifying routine, repetitive payments, with broader agentic commerce capabilities planned for rollout in 2026.
The solution ensures customer control, transparency, and strong security standards, marking a significant step forward in the evolution of AI-enabled digital payments in the region.
