Amlak Finance posts Dh18.5 million H1 2025 net profit

Total revenue rose 61% to Dh200 million, up from Dh124 million a year earlier.

Amlak Finance reported a net profit after tax of Dh18.53 million for the first half of 2025, more than doubling from Dh7 million in the same period of 2024. Total revenue rose 61% to Dh200 million, up from Dh124 million a year earlier. Income from joint ventures and development properties increased to Dh54 million, compared with Dh5 million in H1 2024.

Operating costs edged down to Dh40 million, from Dh41 million.

The company completed the sale of land plots in Ras Al Khor for Dh2.9 billion, with ownership transferred and full proceeds received in July. It also partially divested its stake in a Saudi associate, selling 29% during the reporting period and disposing of the remaining 71% on July 31, completing the exit.

On the liabilities side, Amlak repaid Dh35 million to financiers in the second quarter and settled its remaining financing obligations, amounting to Dh906 million, including profit, in July. Regional investments contributed Dh5 million to income during the period.
