Presight H1 2025 revenue jumps 80% to Dh1.09 billion, international share climbs to 27%

In the second quarter, revenue reached Dh523.9 million, up 53.5% year-on-year, with 19.7% organic growth.

Presight AI reported first-half 2025 revenue of Dh1.09 billion, up 80.2% from the same period in 2024, supported by growth in both domestic operations and overseas markets. Organic revenue, excluding AIQ’s contribution, rose 33.5%.

EBITDA increased 59.6% to Dh245.5 million, while net profit rose 18.8% to Dh209.7 million. In the second quarter, revenue reached Dh523.9 million, up 53.5% year-on-year, with 19.7% organic growth. EBITDA for the quarter climbed 45.5% to Dh104.5 million, and net profit grew 11.5% to Dh89.7 million. International markets contributed 26.8% of Q2 revenue, compared with 4.9% a year earlier.

New orders worth Dh304 million lifted the company’s backlog to Dh3.7 billion, more than triple the level in mid-2024. Presight closed the half with Dh2 billion in cash and no debt.

The company upgraded its 2023-2027 compound annual growth forecasts, projecting revenue growth of 21–27%, EBITDA growth of 17–22%, and post-tax profit growth of 7–12%, based on a 15% corporate tax rate.

Domestic contracts during the period included agreements with the UAE National Media Office and UAE Media Council, and a strategic cooperation deal with the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy to develop the AD.WE AI-powered energy and water management platform.

International activity included an agreement in Malaysia to support the government’s Madani AI initiative, preparations for a national digital government programme in Uganda, and expansion in Central Asia with a new office in Astana and extended energy-sector partnerships in Kazakhstan via AIQ.

Presight also launched its AI-Policing Suite and agreed a deployment deal with Abu Dhabi Police, a joint venture with the Central Bank of the UAE to deliver sovereign AI-native financial market technology, and a memorandum with Dow Jones to develop AI-driven risk and compliance solutions for financial institutions and regulators.
