Salesforce announced a $500 million investment in Saudi Arabia’s artificial intelligence sector, marking its latest push into a rapidly growing market. The investment will introduce Salesforce’s Hyperforce platform architecture through a partnership with Amazon Web Services, Reuters reported on Tuesday.
The announcement at Saudi Arabia’s LEAP 2025 technology conference comes as the Kingdom secured $14.9 billion in new AI investments. The initiative reflects a broader shift in AI policy as governments, including the US under President Donald Trump, scale back regulations on the technology.
Salesforce will collaborate with Capgemini, Deloitte, Globant, IBM, and PwC to expand the use of Agentforce, its customer service AI tool. The company also plans to provide Arabic language support for its AI products.
Additionally, Salesforce will establish a regional headquarters in Riyadh and train 30,000 Saudi citizens by 2030, further strengthening its presence in the Middle East.
