Founded in 2022 by Asmaa Naga, STUCK? offers on-demand language services in English and Arabic.

Funding

STUCK?, a Saudi Arabia-based AI-powered language intelligence platform, has closed a six-figure pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by the UK-based Mena Tech Fund, marking its first foray into the Saudi market, with participation from the KAUST Innovation Fund and prominent Saudi angel investors, including Maha Taibah, founder of RUMMAN, and Basma Bushnak, co-founder and CEO of Emkan Education (now part of PwC).

Founded in 2022 by Asmaa Naga, STUCK? offers on-demand language services in English and Arabic. It integrates artificial intelligence with human expertise to deliver culturally nuanced content. The platform provides businesses with three service options: fully AI-driven, fully human, or a hybrid approach, allowing for flexibility in balancing speed, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.

The recent funding builds upon earlier support from 500 Global (Sanabil) and STUCK?’s success in the 2024 Taqadam Program, reinforcing its position in the AI-driven language services sector. The company plans to utilise the new capital to enhance its AI models with a focus on localised Arabic dialects, expand language offerings starting with Chinese, and develop on-premise AI solutions for enterprises requiring secure, in-house language processing tools.

STUCK? also distinguishes itself as a female-led tech venture, with women comprising 93% of its workforce. The executive team includes Founder and CEO Asmaa Naga, Partner and Chief Commercial Officer Tasneem Islam, and Partner and Chief Technology Officer Hossam Ahmed.
