Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the public offering of the Alinma Free-Style Equity Fund by Alinma Capital, according to a statement released on May 27, 2025.

The fund will be available to retail and institutional investors, pending a full review of the offering’s Terms and Conditions. The CMA warned that investment decisions made without reviewing the fund documentation may carry significant risk.

The Terms and Conditions detail the fund’s strategy, structure, and associated risk factors. Investors are advised to consult with the fund manager if clarification is needed.

The CMA clarified that its approval confirms only that the offering complies with the Capital Market Law and related regulations. It does not represent an endorsement or investment recommendation.

Alinma Capital is the investment arm of Alinma Bank and manages a range of public and private investment funds. This fund adds to a growing number of equity products targeting investors seeking exposure to Saudi and regional equities.
