ADNOC Distribution has signed a memorandum of understanding with e-commerce platform noon to integrate AI-powered logistics into its retail network, aiming to enhance last-mile delivery services across the UAE.
The agreement includes the establishment of noon Minutes fulfilment hubs at ADNOC service stations, facilitating the delivery of ADNOC Oasis convenience store products via noon’s delivery network. This collaboration allows customers to order home delivery items through the ADNOC Distribution app.
The partnership combines ADNOC Distribution’s physical retail infrastructure with noon’s AI-enabled logistics platform, which utilises real-time route optimisation and inventory management to improve delivery efficiency.
ADNOC Distribution operates 551 service stations and 373 ADNOC Oasis convenience stores across the UAE. noon Minutes currently offers rapid delivery services in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
This initiative aligns with ADNOC Distribution’s strategy to expand its non-fuel retail offerings and enhance digital channels by adopting AI technologies.
The companies did not disclose financial terms or a timeline for the rollout.
