Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC has sold 49% of its subsidiary, Alpha Dhabi Construction Holding (ADCH), to ADQ, an Abu Dhabi-based investment and holding company.
Despite this sale, Alpha Dhabi Holding will retain a 51% stake in ADCH, maintaining its commitment to the construction sector through a strategic partnership with ADQ.
ADCH, led by ADH subsidiary Trojan Construction, is known for its contributions to national development, including iconic projects like the Zayed National Museum and the Guggenheim Museum. The company also supports critical infrastructure, such as the national railway network, and executes large-scale residential community projects for developers like Aldar, Modon Properties, and Emaar.
