Dubai-based master developer Arada has launched its first operations outside the UAE, setting up an office in Pyrmont, Sydney. The company plans multiple projects in Sydney, valued at Dh6 billion, to address the city’s housing shortage.
Arada’s initial projects will add over 2,500 homes to the Sydney housing market, with sales and construction starting in 2025. The developments will include commercial and retail components, creating employment opportunities in the local community.
Arada’s Group CEO, Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, who is leading the Australian operations, emphasised the company’s focus on delivering integrated residential communities. The projects in Sydney are located within growth corridors, aligning with local government initiatives to expand housing near transport hubs.
