Aramex announced that Group Chief Executive Officer Othman Al-Jeda has resigned for personal reasons. The board has appointed Chief Financial Officer Nicolas Sibuet as acting CEO, effective April 24, 2025.
Al-Jeda joined Aramex in 1994 and held various leadership roles, including establishing the company’s first regional office in Asia and expanding operations in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Sibuet, who became CFO in January 2022, has over 26 years of experience in the shipping, oil and gas, and aviation industries. Prior to Aramex, he served as CFO and acting Senior Vice President for Strategy, Marketing, and Communications at Abu Dhabi Airports.
