Dubai Chambers has taken a significant step towards expanding its international presence by opening its first representative office in the United States. This new office, situated in New York, was announced at the Dubai Business Forum – USA, attended by over 700 senior business leaders and officials from both nations.

The office in New York marks an expansion of the Dubai International Chamber’s global network, which operates under Dubai Chambers. The office aims to bolster economic links and facilitate partnerships between Dubai and the US by offering support to American companies looking to set up operations in Dubai and vice versa. This move is part of a broader strategy to deepen trade and investment relations between the two economic hubs.

The Dubai Business Forum – USA, organised by Dubai Chambers alongside the US Chamber of Commerce and the US-UAE Business Council, had the theme of Dubai-USA: Opportunities Driving Mutual Growth. The event consisted of 14 panel sessions with 32 speakers discussing potential collaborations and the diverse economic landscape of Dubai, highlighting the emirate’s strategic advantages for international investors.

His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, highlighted the enduring trade relationship between Dubai and the US, noting the latter’s standing as Dubai’s fourth largest trading partner in 2024. Dubai’s bilateral non-oil trade with the US reached AED 116.4 billion last year, showing a 10% annual growth, indicating a robust momentum in their trade exchanges.

In 2025, nearly 800 new US companies joined the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, bringing the total to 3,690 by the end of September. The United States played a significant role in foreign direct investment in Dubai, leading globally in FDI capital flows into the emirate in the first half of 2025.
