Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) will host the third edition of the Dubai FinTech Summit on May 12-13, 2025, at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai. The event aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, aiming to position Dubai among the world’s top four financial hubs by 2033.
The summit is expected to attract over 8,000 attendees from more than 100 countries, featuring over 300 speakers and 200 exhibitors across five stages. Key topics include artificial intelligence in finance, blockchain innovation, financial inclusion, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies.
A highlight of the event is the FinTech World Cup Grand Finale on May 13, where startups will compete for investment and recognition. Regional qualifiers are being held globally, including a recent event in Mexico on April 7, 2025.
Prominent speakers include HE Marko Primorac, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Croatia; Timothy Adams, President and CEO of the Institute of International Finance; HE Gilles Roth, Minister of Finance of Luxembourg; Tony O. Elumelu, Chairman of United Bank for Africa; and Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Founder and CEO of Paytm.
The summit aims to foster global financial inclusion, sustainable growth, and showcase innovations shaping the industry’s future.
