Hanadi Khalife, Head of the Middle East at ICAEW, was revealed as a member of the illustrious jury panel judging the inaugural edition of the Finance Middle East Awards set to take place on May 15.
About Khalife
Khalife leads the regional office in Dubai and manages ICAEW’s operations in the Middle East.
Before joining ICAEW, a professional membership organisation that trains, develops, and supports over 189,500 chartered accountants worldwide, Khalife was senior director of MEA and India operations at IMA (Institute of Management Accountants), where she led the efforts to establish and grow its operations and footprint in the region and successfully designed and managed the execution of programs and initiatives engaging key stakeholders in higher education, industry and government sectors. Hanadi has gained a profound knowledge of the region through her longstanding career. She has worked in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon and has held accounting, finance and consultancy positions in organisations such as the Central Bank of Lebanon, The British Council, Nakheel and MCI Group.
Hanadi is passionate about continuous learning and development and strongly advocates for gender equality within the workplace and the advancement of women in leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and an Executive MBA from the University of Manchester. She is also a certified NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
Finance Middle East Awards
The inaugural Finance Middle East Awards will debut on May 15, gathering over 200 leading banking and finance executives to celebrate outstanding achievements within the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) and the wider GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region.
An independent panel of expert judges will decide on the winners in each of the 15 categories. The winning nominees will be announced during a gala dinner celebration at a luxurious venue in May.
Submitting nominations is free; executives have until March 29 to enter the awards. Shortlisted nominees will be announced in April, and the winners will be crowned on May 15.
