Investec, an international bank and wealth manager, has opened its new office in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), extending its services to the Gulf region.
The DIFC office will offer advisory and arranging services in private banking, wealth and investment management, and corporate and investment banking to high-net-worth clients, family offices, and financial institutions across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The location will also benefit from Investec’s capabilities in Switzerland, which leverage the firm’s Swiss banking expertise and global resources.
Operating across South Africa, the UK, and other key regions, Investec’s DIFC presence will enhance its proximity to clients, connecting them to its international network of services.
DIFC, a hub for over 6,000 companies, including global banks and asset managers, provides a strategic platform for Investec to grow its operations and serve the region’s diverse financial sector.
