Omorfia Group, majority-owned by Multiply Group, has acquired 100% ownership of The Grooming Company Holding (TGCH) from CedarBridge Capital Partners. TGCH operates 47 owned salons and 15 franchises across five countries, catering to both men and women.
Its main brands include N.BAR, with 21 nail bars for women; 1847, a men’s grooming lounge with 16 locations; and Sisters Beauty Lounge, a luxury beauty chain with 8 locations. Additionally, TGCH’s subsidiary, Wellbe Trading, distributes high-end beauty products across the GCC.
With an annual customer base of over 120,000, this acquisition strengthens Omorfia Group’s position in the GCC and MENA beauty sector, now overseeing 132 salons across five regions. Omorfia Group plans to expand in existing GCC and MENA markets through organic growth and strategic global partnerships.
