PRYPCO Mortgage has arranged a single retail mortgage worth Dh94.5 million, a deal among the largest in the Middle East and within the top three in Dubai over the past five years. Since launch, the firm has facilitated Dh9.67 billion in mortgage transactions as of June 2025.
The mortgage marks another milestone in PRYPCO’s expansion. In August 2024, the firm disbursed over Dh500 million in a single month and recorded its highest single retail mortgage disbursement, that deal was valued at Dh48.5 million.
