Under the patronage of His Highness Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Seamless Middle East 2024 is set to take place from May 14-16 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event expects to attract 25,000 attendees, host 750 exhibitors, and feature 500 speakers. As the region’s premier event, Seamless Middle East serves as a convergence point for the payments, fintech, banking, cards, identity, retail, e-commerce, home delivery and digital marketing sectors, bringing decision-makers together to shape the future of digital commerce.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore innovative solutions from over 750 exhibitors and engage with transformative technologies and services aimed at enhancing business operations. The event features over 500 speakers, including industry figures such as Calum Chace, known as “The AI guy,” who will share insights into AI’s transformative potential in finance. Other speakers include cybersecurity expert Yahya Alazri, Matthieu Houle, Group CIO of Aldo Group, Rhiannon Scarlett, CMO of TGI Fridays, UK, and Moadh Bukhash, CMO of Emirates NBD, UAE.

Industry leaders will discuss key domains, offering insights and strategies. Topics include shaping the banking industry with generative AI, real-time transactions, strategies for pioneering in the evolving commerce landscape, identity verification, retail strategies, e-commerce in the hospitality sector, the next frontier for logistics evolution, competition-beating omnichannel strategies, and SEO success.

Seamless Middle East will also feature dynamic seminar theatres, including ‘E-Commerce University powered by FedEx,’ ‘Launch Pad,’ and ‘Start-up Stories Stage,’ alongside a Start-up Village showcasing over 300 innovative start-ups. Additionally, the event introduces the Turkish Pavilion in collaboration with TODEB (The Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions of Turkey), where nine leading companies will debut groundbreaking solutions.

For the first time, Seamless Middle East will include the POP and Shop Fit Out Pavilion, showcasing cutting-edge solutions such as artificial intelligence, hyper-personalization, self-checkouts, shop fit-out design, visual merchandising, and more, aimed at enhancing the omnichannel shopping experience.
