The inaugural Finance Middle East Awards is set to debut on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, gathering over 200 leading banking and finance executives to celebrate outstanding achievements within the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) and the wider GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region.
Nominations are officially open across 15 distinctive categories, covering every industry segment, including insurance, fintech, banking, crypto trading and more. The aim is to recognise and celebrate the industry’s landmark achievements over the past 12 months.

This award acknowledges an exchange house that has provided exceptional currency exchange and remittance services, demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Female Banker of the Year
This category honours a female banker who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact in the finance industry within the Middle East.
Bank of the Year
This prestigious award recognises a bank that has excelled across various criteria, including financial performance, innovation, customer service, and contribution to the overall development of the finance sector in the region.
How to nominate?
The nomination process is simple and easy to follow.
Visit the Finance Middle East Awards 2024 portal and click ‘submit your nominations’.
Carefully review the available categories, select the most appropriate category from the list, and complete the required questionnaire.
Provide a detailed account of why your nominee deserves to win the award and support your nomination with compelling evidence. This could include video footage, images, promotional materials, or website links.
Lastly, after confirming your submission, submit your completed nomination.
Entrants can compete in different categories and submit multiple entries under the same category if needed.
