Taraf, the real estate division of Yas Holding, has launched W Residences Abu Dhabi – Al Maryah Island. This marks the debut of the W Hotels brand in Abu Dhabi in partnership with Marriott International. The development is situated in Al Maryah Island’s financial district, near Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi Global Market, and Cleveland Clinic.

The project features 37 stories with a mix of 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and a penthouse, all with views of the Abu Dhabi skyline. Residents will have access to amenities such as a gym, pool deck, games room, golf simulator, and the W Hotels concierge service.
