WOW Resorts, a premium resort and residential developer, has unveiled the Dh4.8 billion JW Marriott Residences & JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort, located on the UAE’s Al Marjan Island.
Al Marjan Island is expected to become the home to the first JW Marriott-branded residential property in the GCC region.
JW Marriott Residences & JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort comprises an exclusive portfolio of 474 residences, featuring a selection of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedrooms and penthouses, alongside 264 guest rooms.
The development promises to be a fusion of cutting-edge design, world-class amenities, and unparalleled hospitality, creating an iconic landmark within the Al Marjan Island community.

The launch follows the announcement of a strategic collaboration between WOW Resorts and Marriott International, launched in November 2023. As part of its expansion into the UAE, WOW Resorts is expected to invest another Dh3 billion in the country in the coming months.
